RSVP for CARMADA Sound Piece Listening

If you are interested in participating in Nicole C. Russell's piece, please RSVP
to arrange for a pick-up time and location. The artist will pick-up 1-4 passengers
at a time to listen to the sound piece, which will play on the car stereo. It will be
approximately a 10-minute ride. There are limited seats, so it is crucial to RSVP
so a time & pick-up location can be coordinated. In your RSVP email please state:

Subject: CARMADA Reservation

1.) Your Name
2.) Number of People in Party (1-4)
3.) Neighborhood you are located at in Los Angeles/surrounding area
4.) Preferred time of day for pick-up (between 11:30am - 6:30pm)
5.) Phone number
(for possible use on day of event, if schedule is delayed)

As we all know, Los Angeles is a sprawling city with much traffic congestion, so
appointments will be limited in number, and essential to experience the piece.
The artist will arrange a schedule & be in contact with you via email to arrange
either pick-up at your desired location, or a location nearby during a specified
time range.
